Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Firehouse Freight is hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle customer service, freight quotes, and bookings for our growing 3PL operation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quote and book LTL, truckload, expedited, air freight, ocean freight, and international shipments
  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests with the same reliability we bring to every shipment
  • Learn the ins and outs of freight logistics across multiple service types
  • Solve problems, answer questions, and make sure customers get what they need

Who You Are:

  • You communicate clearly and professionally without the corporate BS
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks
  • You’re hungry to learn the freight industry from the ground up
  • You take ownership of your work and follow through
  • Previous customer service experience preferred; freight knowledge is a plus but not required
